Who we are

Cadence Executive Function Coaching provides structured, compassionate support for adults and kids who want help with planning, organization, follow-through, and building sustainable routines.

At Cadence, we believe progress happens when structure meets compassion. Executive function challenges aren’t a lack of effort or motivation — they’re a mismatch between expectations and how a person’s brain works.

Our work focuses on building systems that fit your life, your capacity, and your pace. We value steadiness over urgency and sustainability over perfection.

Why we

do this

We are the former kids, college students, and young adults who grew up believing that there was something wrong with us because we struggled to sit still, finish homework, tell a concise story, keep our rooms or cars clean, or finish that training program we started or complete that book we’re writing. We are the frustrated, overwhelmed, and misunderstood.

We are the product of families that do not understand neurodivergency and education systems and workplaces that did not make room for difference.

We are the difference.

We are committed to being part of the difference that will make it possible for neurodivergent children and adults to celebrate what makes their brains unique and powerful. We are dedicated to helping individuals and families find the systems, structures, routines, and adaptations that make life feel more doable more often.

Meet Your Coach

With over 200 hours of coaching experience, lived experience navigating ADHD, and professional work as an educator, I bring both insight and practical understanding to executive function coaching. My background in education has shaped a deep appreciation for how differently people learn, process, and organize their worlds—especially within systems that are not always designed for neurodivergent minds.
